Origin Comms announces third year supporting Europe’s largest security event, Infosecurity Europe, as it celebrates 25th anniversary.

Origin Comms will continue to deliver a PR and digital marketing strategy which aligns with the event organisers’ objectives to raise awareness of Infosecurity Europe 2021, increase attendance overall and showcase the outstanding high-level conference programme planned for the event.

The event, postponed in 2020 due to COVID-19, is about to celebrate its 25th year and is due to take place at Olympia, Hammersmith, London, from 8-10 June 2021. It is known to attract thousands of information security professionals attending from every segment of the industry.

In addition to providing support to hundreds of exhibitors showcasing their products and services at Infosecurity Europe, Origin Comms will work closely with industry analysts, worldwide press and policy experts, and a wealth of well-respected industry speakers lined up to take part in the free-to-attend conference, seminar and workshop programme. Origin Comms will be responsible for maximising awareness prior to and during the event, collaborating with the organisers to help shape the conference programme, as well as engaging with the media, driving the social media and supporting digital marketing activity.

Susana Burguera, Marketing Manager, Infosecurity Europe 2021, said: “We are absolutely delighted to have Origin Comms return to us, to support the 2021 event. In 2020, we had to postpone our event but were able to deliver a programme of virtual sessions online. Back in 2019, we were impressed by Origin’s enthusiasm, drive and exceptional knowledge of the industry, its key themes and trends, and the people within it. They showed us that they can adapt to a changing media environment, maximise content, add real value with additional services and solutions, all of which puts them ahead of other agencies in our view.”

Paula Averley, founder of Origin Comms, said: “We’re thrilled to be back providing PR support for Infosecurity Europe 2021. Origin received some brilliant feedback following the 2019 show about the impact our work had on driving attendance, building the event’s profile and maximising PR opportunities – for the show itself, and also for exhibitors. We’re proud to have been asked to continue working with Infosecurity Europe to develop and promote the 2021 show and conference programme, especially after the challenges and changes that 2020 has brought upon us all. We can’t wait to see what we achieve together in 2021.”
